SOUNDBATH & BREATHWORK
This is for those ready for deeper healing. This breathwork will get oxygen flowing to cleanse your entire body and be able to move stagnant energy and stored trauma in your body. We letting all that shit go. You will be able to release without using any words, our bodies are doing the work here. After your safe release, we will end with a soundbath.
*Directions:
This space is directly on lake. There is free street parking. Doors will open at 1:50.
